Brothers,

I wanted to give everyone a quick update on where we’re at with the renovations on the new house. The, hopefully, final revisions to the renovation plans have been completed and submitted to the City of Cleveland for approval. I had to bite the bullet on a couple things I’d hope to accomplish but am generally pleased with the final layout.

As of today we’ve cleared 4 of the 5 city departments that needed to review our plans in order to get started. The only remaining department is the Building Dept. who issues the actual demolition and construction permits. We are expecting to hear back from them in the next few days. Once we have the building permit in hand we’ll be off and running.

There are still some other permits we’ll need going forward as we open up walls and see what we’re actually dealing with but we don’t anticipate any major issues to crop up with those permits.

I’ll provide updates once we’re underway.
