2025 – ???

The chapter’s new home is at 10819 Magnolia Drive. The house, just up the street from the current chapter house at 11136, is a 1913 brick Georgian with many of the historic features that define houses in University Circle.

For much of recent history, the house served as the headquarters of the Junior League of Cleveland before being purchased by Hawken School.

When Hawken decided that it no longer fit their purposes as an academic building, they put it up for sale and on January 17th, 2024, the house was purchased by the Beta Nu Housing Corporation.

While the house is beautiful, it will still take a lot of work to make it into a fraternity house.
